I cannot imagine a better realtor or team than Klingel Homes. Brian and his team have gone above and beyond helping us find the right home. Fact is, my wife, Tricia, first found out about Brian the summer of 2023. We were not planning to move for at least 3 years, but Brian and his team were happy to show us condos knowing we would not be buying for quite a long time. Our home search journey with Brian began in July 2023 where he showed us a number of condos on our way to Pentwater for vacation. He even came to Pentwater to show us a home for sale! Brian and his team helped search for and find many condos that fit our criteria over the next 2 years. Now, as of October 2025, Brian not only found us our perfect home but negotiated the purchase, closing, and we move in this week!
